Welcome to my 'Learning Hive Studio'
This little hive curates' weekly personal essays filled with gentle practices, learning rituals and seasonal hive curriculum in a playful hive way.
Hello Beezee Bees,
Let me share how the hive idea emerged. Imagine this, a small hive tucked into the corner of a sunlit garden. At first glance, it looks simple just bees coming and going, wings humming. But step a little closer and you’ll notice something magical. A family. A community. A network. Every bee has a purpose, a role and somehow, without overcomplication, the hive becomes a place where learning, adapting, and creating happens.
The life of a hive and bees are used as a metaphor in Learning Hive Studio publication. I wanted this space to feel inclusive of everyone in a playful, creative way, that feels calming, slow and nourishing connecting my readers to fields of flowers and nature (because that is my creative art practice).
Then there is the science, evidence, ideas, life experiences, practices tested and debated about in literature, some work, some don’t and I wanted to sift through the nonsense and bring you what works in a playful and accessible hive way, so beezee bees like you can save time and create space for what matters in your life.
That is the energy I am building here. A family, a community and a support network for all learners. No labels. No categories. No exclusion criteria.
Welcome. I am so glad you are here.
1. Why writing and why now
In this hive, evidence‑based tools aren’t dusty theories or intimidating frameworks they’re playful, practical, and designed to fit into real human lives. Strategies become accessible, bite‑sized, and fun, the way bees turn tiny pollen grains into something golden and sustaining. Whether you’re learning a brand‑new skill or rediscovering an old one, you’re invited to explore at your own pace, with curiosity leading the way.
I am a PhD research candidate taking a deep dive into learning methods, approaches and strategies and anything in-between and around the learner. I have a holistic view on life, work and study. The strategies I write about are once I have tried, tested and tweaked because every method has its limitation.

4. Thank you for being here
Beginnings are tender things. They ask us to trust that something meaningful can grow from a single first step. Thank you for taking that step with me.
