I really liked this. So much time management advice assumes your time actually belongs to you, and that is not always real life.
I don’t have kids, but I was working full-time during my PhD and even that felt like a lot to hold. So I can only imagine how much more complicated it becomes with children, family needs, work, and everything else asking for your attention.
Thank you for being here and following my journey, yes so much advice, I get it, it's evidence, it's proven, it works! Unlike devices they can be turned onto 'wellbeing mode' my family don't have that function installed...so I have to do the best I can and keep moving forward.
Love the tango analogy - one of my former mentor teachers described classroom management like being a DJ, you have to read the room and lead them where they are ready to go
Side note - my oldest child played Roxie in our community theater production 💋
