The deficit vs strength-based questioning framework is somethig I've been trying to apply more consciusly. Reframing exhaustion from 'failing at resilience' to 'carrying a heavy load for too long' shifts the entire emotional response. The Rolfe model is neat too, the 'What? So what? Now what?' structure helps break down reflection without making it feel overwhelming when you're already mentally tired.
Oh lovely Iam so pleased it resonated and helped in a small way. Yes it takes some practice to make that shift from deficit to strength based... I wonder if I need to provide more examples? ... I am glad you like the Rolfe model too it's a winner! Simple and effective
